Frequently Asked Questions
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, boned and insured. Meets all requirements required by Washington state and L&I.
Are estimates free of charge?
Yes, estimates are free of charge.
Do Paint Partners Northwest LLC supply the paint? Can I buy my own paint?
We (PPNW) usually include the purchasing of the paint and materials. Clients are more than welcome to purchase their own paint, but we get great contractor discounts with many paint manufacturers and passes those savings along to our clients.
Do we work weekends? Or nights?
Working weekends and/or nights is an option but may come with additional costs.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, we have a one-year application warranty. Since almost every application issue reveals itself within a year and most generally reveals itself within 3 months or less. Anything further would have to be covered under the paint manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you offer any other services other than painting/staining?
Yes, we complete many different types of other services, for example PPNW offers drywall, texture, light carpentry (trim installation, door installation), light fixture installs, cabinet installs, floor coatings, install new hardware, and various handy man type services. Just ask and we are usually happy to help if it is within our skill set. Anything outside our skill set we have great relationships with many contractors in the area.
